  • What age are the kits and letters suitable for?
From 3 up! Due to the small parts we don't recommend them for children under the age of three. We do recommend adult supervision for all aged kids.
  • How long will my dough last?

Your play dough should last 3+ months if handled correctly. When playing, please ensure hands are clean and surfaces are free from any contaminants. 

Once play is finished, rewrap your dough or store it in an airtight container. The key is to remove as much air as possible, Play dough should be kept away from direct sunlight in a cool, dark place. Your dough can be refrigerated for extra longevity. 

 

  • Can I order custom alphabets?
Yes! We welcome custom orders but they do take a little longer to put together. We need about 2-3 weeks depending on the customization. Please send us a message through our 'Contact' page and we can work together on your vision!
  • Where are you based?
We're located in the beautiful Blue Mountains, Australia.

 

  • I live in the Blue Mountains, can I pick up my order?
Absolutely! We're located in the Blaxland and are happy for you to collect. Just select local pickup at the check out and we'll send you an email with the pick up address once your order is ready!

 

  • How long will it take for my order to be ready?

Please allow us 3 business days to send your order (longer if its custom!). Once your order is in the hands of Australia Post it may take up to a week to arrive.

We do offer express shipping via Australia Post. Their next-business-day guarantee is currently suspended, however express does remain the fastest shipping option.

  • I need a product asap! Can you get it ready super quickly?

We'll try our best! If you need a product by a particular time it's best to send us a DM or email and we can let you know if it's feasible. Our resin alphabets do take 36 hours to cure, so it's a good idea to check before purchasing.

 

  • Can I send this as a gift?
Absolutely! Simply provide us with the recipients' name and address in the 'shipping details' section at check out. We also offer gift wrapping with a gift card if you would like to include a personalised message!Â
